How to Log into Foxit with SSO

This is article instructs licensed users how to log into Foxit PDF Editor software via SSO (Single-Sign On).

Your Foxit PDF Editor Suite license gives you access to:

You must sign in with SSO to access any of these products or services.

Login Instructions

Open the Foxit application (once an IT Technician has installed the software).
1. At the top right of the application, select the face icon to sign in.
2. Select "Sign In" or "Activate" on the bottom left corner if you receive this message.
Select "SSO Login." Log into your account with your full Gordon-Conwell email address (e.g. jdoe@gordonconwell.edu).
Select your GCTS Work Account by clicking on your email addressin the box that pops up.
1. If this is your first time signing into Foxit or you are working on a different device, you may be prompted to initiate Multi-factor Authentication.
Select "Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary Organization Service" in the box that pops up.
You may be required to repeat steps 1 through 5 (sign in twice) following a change in license allocation or if you receive a message indicating that your license expired.
Select "OK." Your Foxit PDF Editor software is now registered.

Foxit is a powerful program with a lot of features. Technology Services is not able to train you on the use of the program.
