Support Portal: How to report an issue or request a service
Any time and every time you have a technical problem, submit a ticket!
The best way to report a technology problem or to request a technology service is to use the Gordon-Conwell Support Portal. The portal includes helpful information that may help you resolve your issue, and directs you to the right support team.

Preferred: Navigate to https://support.gordonconwell.edu

Having trouble? Select "Report and Issue" to submit a ticket to the support team.
- Under "Issue related to" select IT, AV, Digital Ed, or SONIS. (For classroom issues, select AV)
- Complete the short form. Providing specific details about the situation/issue will help the support team.
- Select "Submit"

Have a request? Select "Request a Service" to browse the list of services offered (all support teams) and submit a request.
- You may use the menu bar on the left to specify service offerings.
- Select a service and complete the short form.
