Logging into Zoom with SSO
If this is your first time using Zoom, download the Zoom Desktop App.
- Go to the Download Center.
- Under Zoom Workplace Desktop app, click Download.
If downloading doesn’t start, double-click the Zoom installer to begin the desktop app install.
Note: After the Zoom desktop app installation is complete, a Zoom icon will appear on your desktop.
- Complete the installation process.
Always log into Zoom using SSO.
- Double-click the Zoom desktop icon to begin using Zoom.
- Select “Sign In”.
- DO NOT enter an email address and password. Select the “SSO” key icon.
- Enter your @gordonconwell.edu email address and password.
If you are already logged in to another GCTS service such as webmail, Zoom may automatically log you in upon selecting "SSO".)
