Starting a Course from the Zoom Controller
Step 1: Locate the iPad Zoom Controller on the desk
Step 2: Your course information should be visible on the left-hand side of the controller as shown.
Step 3: Underneath your course title select join and the meeting will begin. You have successfully started your course.
Managing a Course from the Zoom Controller
Basic Controls
- Mute/Unmute Audio
- Start/Stop Video
- Ending A Meeting
Step 1: Select the button at the bottom center of the screen labeled “End”
Step 2: Select “End Meeting for All”. This will end the meeting for all participants.
- Recording A Meeting
Step 1: On the iPad Zoom Controller select the option for “…more”.
Step 2: Select “Record” to begin recording the meeting.
Step 3: You may pause or end the recording by going selecting the “…more” menu item and then choosing “Pause Recording” or “Stop Recording”.
Aside from basic controls, two common features used in Zoom Meetings are Content Sharing and Breakout Rooms.
