Performing A Microphone Test
Step 1: On the iPad Zoom Controller navigate to the settings tab

Step 2: Select the Microphone Tab

Step 3: Click Test Microphone and say a short phrase such as “this is a microphone test 1 2 3”

Step 4: You will see a sound bar begin to move, and shortly after the controller will playback the audio you spoke over the soundbar. (please make sure the soundbar is on prior to testing)

Step 5: Select “Stop Test” to end the microphone test

Step 6: If the soundbar is verified as on, but the microphone is not working please contact your scheduled support technician for further assistance.
