How to Access Microsoft Stream

Microsoft Stream is a program included within Gordon Conwell's Microsoft 365 subscription and a powerful tool which allows the uploading of video for playback and distribution, screen recording, video recording, video editing, and even creating video playlists.

Stream can be accessed through the bento box in your Microsoft 365 email (left below) or you can access it through your Microsoft Teams app directly (right below). Additionally, you can go to Microsoft365.com/launch/stream

Additionally, by clicking on the link of any video file stored within OneDrive or SharePoint, that content will open within Stream and you will see Stream’s video player (as shown below)
