Trimming the beginning or end of a video with Stream
Modified on: Fri, Mar 14 2025 11:36 AMAfter opening a video within stream, in the upper right of the video player click on the icon of a pair of scissors labeled trim.
Either drag the handles on at the front and back of the timeline to the correct start and end point, or type in the time stamps in the Video Start and Video End box on the right-hand side.
Press the check mark to confirm your edits.

You will encounter a pop-up letting you know that trimmed segments are hidden, not deleted from the video.
If you want to edit your start and end time, go back into the trim menu and click the pencil icon on next to your start and end time.
If want to restore the entire original video, click the looped arrow to reset the video to its original form.
