Cutting out sections of a video with Stream
After opening a video within stream, in the upper right of the video player click on the icon of a pair of scissors labeled trim.
Under the “Cut from the middle” section select “New Cut”.
If stream defaulted to opening the “Trim start and end” option click the X next to the “Trim start and end” and then select “New Cut” under the “Cut from the middle” section.
Either drag the handles on at the front and back of the timeline to the correct cut-from and cut-to point, or type in the time stamps in the Cut From and Cut To box on the right-hand side.
Press the check mark to confirm your edits.
You will encounter a pop-up letting you know that cut segments are hidden, not deleted from the video.
If you want to adjust your edit, go back into the trim menu and click the pencil icon to make changes.
If want to delete your edit, click the trash can icon to restore the cut section.
