Install Print Deploy on a GCTS Mac

Print Deploy allows users to choose specific printers that they wish to install to their machine, as well as automatically installs standard printers, to make printing at GCTS as simple as possible.

To install, please follow the instructions below.

Open Self Service on your GCTS Mac (search in Spotlight via Command + Space or find it in Applications)
Click Install under "Install GCTS Printers" which has a logo of a Printer.
1. Print Deploy will now be installed on your Mac. Once installed it will open.
Input your GCTS username (the first part of your Gordon-Conwell email address, without the @gordonconwell.edu) and password in the fields provided.
Once logged in you will see a list of all printers that have been installed by Print Deploy on your computer, under My Printers. Printers which are required to be installed with have a greyed out trashcan.
To install other, non-required printers, click Add Printers
1. You can choose from many GCTS printers to install, with this list constantly being updated with new printers to install as needed. Don't see a printer that you need to print to, reach out to us at tech@gcts.edu and let us know!
The printer Konica GCTS Printers is a special kind of printer, which allows you to print and retrieve your print securly from a number of Konica Minolta printers in Hamilton.
